We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact everafter@inspiredjules.com.

If you damage your jewelry after 14 days of purchase, we are happy to repair it for you. Repairs start at a flat rate of $20 and billed $20/hour + material costs.
You will be responsible for shipping the damaged jewelry to us and we will ship it back to you once repaired at no additional charge. Please note, you will receive a quote for the repair once we have more details.

Ever Afther doesn’t have a physical storefront at this time (hey- we are looking for collab spaces!). We are available to do pop-ups and we love to travel for big events.
